Cost Nest and Cosy Nook are two adjacent small units each with 2 rooms thus totaling 4 separate rooms. Each room can have a king-size bed or 2 single beds. Each unit has a shower room with shower, basin and toilet and there is an open plan, fully equipped kitchenette. Sleeps up to 4 persons each. 

Cosy Corner is a lovely 3 room apartment. Each room can have a king-size or twin beds. Main bedroom is en-suite, and there is a second shower room with shower, basin and toilet. There is an open plan kitchenette and right outside the front door there is a patio and lovely built-in braai area. Sleeps up to 6 persons. 

Cosy Den is a lovely, spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a king-size bed or 2 single beds. There is a small lounge sitting area, a fully equipped kitchenette, bath or shower, basin and toilet. Just outside there is a covered braai area. There is DSTV (most channels) and the unit is airconditioned. 

Management dwelling comprises 1 bedroom, large lounge, sun lounge currently used as a second bedroom, shower room with shower, basin and toilet, full kitchen. 

Laundry, which could be a 6th unit has a shower, basin, toilet and a sink.

Close by are uShaka Marine World, Gateway Theatre of Shopping, La Lucia Mall, the Internation Conference Centre, Moses Mabhida Stadium and all the Kings Park Sporting Stadia. 

Within 1km there are several popular restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, supermarkets and shops. 

At Clinch Self Catering all units are completely self-contained and private, and do not share facilities with other guests, besides the car park. Each unit has it's own private entrance, facilities and therefore privacy is assured. There is safe, secure parking directly outside each unit.
